Shipment
Our regular delivery time is 14-18 working days from order confirmation, as this is a customizable product. This time includes:
- Production time: 2-4 working days
- Quality control: 1-2 working days
- Shipping time: 10-14 working days (depending on destination and shipping provider).
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track the status of your shipment.
Note for personalized products
Since personalized products take more time to produce, we recommend ordering them at least 2 weeks in advance, especially if they are intended as a gift.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee faster shipping at the moment. However, we are working on making shipping faster.
We currently do not offer direct shipping to Switzerland. To ensure that you can still receive our products, we recommend the service of Swiss package.
Swiss Paket provides you with a German delivery address to which we can send your order. From there, the package will be conveniently forwarded to Switzerland.
How does it work?
- Register at Swiss package on www.swiss-paket.de.
- Receive a German delivery address that you enter when ordering on our website.
- After receipt of the package, Swiss Paket will forward the order to your Swiss address.
This service is offered independently by Swiss Paket and allows you to receive our products without having to ship them directly to Switzerland.

We ship to all countries in the European Union. Countries outside the EU must use a shipping service such as Swiss Paket in Switzerland.

Yes, the frame is made of high-quality wood and is based on the design from the film.
Yes, you can add your own photos, but for the best effect we recommend our specially printed images.
With a hidden button on the back you turn on the LEDs, which lights up the image and causes the mirror to lose its reflection.
No, the mirror is battery-operated and does not require a permanent power connection.
The frame is magnetic so you can easily open it without having to screw.
Unfortunately, the image cannot be uploaded directly via the website. Alternatively, you can send us an email to info@starsa.eu mit your order number and if your order has not yet been shipped, we will try to add the picture afterwards.
Battery
The battery lasts about 6-8 hours. After 8 hours, the light may appear dimmed.
The battery can be easily charged via USB-C.
